Get started in a minute

  1. Create an account with your Polar account, with Discord or with a username and password.
  2. Connect Polar and allow AeroFlux to read your data. This happens at Polar, and we never see your Polar password.
  3. Done. Your data is fetched right away and then automatically every hour between 06:00 and 23:00, plus once more every night.

Your data is yours

Heart rate, sleep and training are sensitive data. That is why they are only used to show them to you, never for advertising, and they are stored on a server in Sweden. At any time you can download all your data, withdraw your consent or delete your account directly in the service. Read more in our privacy policy.

Does it cost anything?

No. AeroFlux is free and shows no ads.

Which watches work?

Polar watches and fitness trackers that sync with Polar Flow. Which measurements you see depends on what your device measures.

Will my old data be included?

Daily data such as activity, sleep and recovery is fetched some way back in time. Workouts can only be shared by Polar from the moment you connect your account.

Is this a service from Polar?

No. AeroFlux is an independent service that uses Polar’s open AccessLink API. It is not made by or affiliated with Polar Electro.

Can I use it to keep track of my health?

AeroFlux shows measurements from your watch for training and well-being. It is not a medical device and makes no diagnoses. If you are worried about your health, contact a healthcare provider.

How do I stop using the service?

Delete your account under Account. All your data is then deleted and the service is deregistered at Polar.
